Stepping into your first faculty role after completing your training? This workshop will help you build confidence as you embrace the leadership responsibilities of academia, navigate complex power dynamics, and maintain professional balance and focus as you launch your academic career.
This half-day workshop will be held in the fall, in the James B. Williams Medical Education Building.
