Senior Software Engineer
Jackson is the lead software developer for the HistoTools, a suite of open-source tools for digital pathology dataset quality control and curation: HistoQC (histoqc.com), CohortFinder (cohortfinder.com), QuickAnnotator (quickannotator.com), and Patchsorter (patchsorter.com).
Jackson is also involved in the management of on-premise computational resources. He earned his BS in Computer Science at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
