Mindfulness Meditation

Join each Wednesday from 12:00 to 12:30 p.m. for mindfulness meditation. Learn strategies for staying centered and reducing your stress level. Learn the basics of mindfulness and take part in guided practice and interactive discussion.

Well-being Check-in for First-Year Residents

Each year interns are offered the opportunity to complete a brief online screening and a one-on-one wellness consultation with an FSAP clinician. Designed to promote resident wellness and resilience, Check-ins are free and confidential. Updates about the intern Check-in program will start in the fall.
