Virtual Open House
The Emory University School of Medicine is deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). To help us improve health outcomes for all members of the diverse community we serve, we actively recruit and support trainees from underrepresented in medicine groups.
Join us on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, from 6-7:30 p.m. for our Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Virtual Open House for Residency and Fellowship Applicants sponsored by the Office of Multicultural Affairs in partnership with the Office of Equity and Inclusion and the Office of Graduate Medical Education (GME).
This event offers a high-level overview of the DEI efforts for GME and features presentations from DEI leadership at the School of Medicine and various training sites, as well as resident voices representing URiM trainee support communities. It will include a formal presentation followed by Q&A and optional breakout sessions for further discussion.
All applicants to Emory Residency and Fellowship programs who are interested in DEI programming are welcome to attend.
