Application Process

• Completion of an ACGME Emergency Medicine Residency training program
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
• Eligible for a medical license to practice in the State of Georgia

• Application Materials Acceptance Period: January 1 - September 30
• Interview process: August 1 – November 1
• Final selection: November

The Emergency Medicine Administrative Fellowship application materials listed below should be submitted to the Fellowship Directors for consideration of candidacy and are required for an invitation to interview.

1. Current Curriculum Vitae
2. Letter of Intent
   • Please address the following in a one-page or less, single-spaced personal statement:  
     
     • Why are you interested in completing an Emergency Medicine Administrative fellowship?
     • What are your post-fellowship career goals and how will an Emergency Medicine Administrative Fellowship help you achieve these goals?
3. Three Signed Letters of Recommendation. Please address to the Emergency Medicine Administrative Fellowship Directors. Scanned copy of the electronic version is unavailable.
