A unique collaboration of data scientists, engineers and clinicians to advance research and patient care
The Emory Real-time Analytics, Data Science and Decision Support (RADS2) team partners with clinicians, investigators, and administrators to fulfill the missions of the Woodruff Health Science Center. The three components of data science—analytic and computational skills, mathematics and statistics facility, and subject matter expertise—are aggregated to provide timely, meaningful, and actionable insights based on complex operations and sensitive clinical data as they are created. We work with clients—plankholders (those who imagine and commission a project) and stakeholders (those whose work will be substantively affected by a project) —to understand their needs, design and prototype solutions, install and monitor activity, and assist in the evaluation of performance and impact of the deployed analytics.
