Our Commitment to Staff
Our school is committed to staff belonging and engagement. In 2021, we established our Staff Recognition and Engagement Committee (SREC) to guide leadership in developing programs and initiatives for staff enrichment, amplify the many significant contributions staff make toward our mission and improve the overall sense of belonging that staff feel within the SOM.
Since its establishment, the SREC has led several staff celebration, appreciation and development events including the annual Staff Appreciation Week, SOM Staff Awards and more.

Throughout the week, Appreciation Stations offering complimentary snacks will be set up at various sites listed below. Be sure to stop by for a token of appreciation and take time to connect with your colleagues.
