Pre-Award

  • Assist with proposal preparation
    • Intent to Submit forms are now part of Insight
  • Budget development (PIs provide line items)
  • Enter proposals: prepare S2S applications and compile email submissions
  • Just-in-time (JIT) process management
  • Review submission packet for completeness
  • RFA review
  • RPPR Assistance

Post-Award

  • Budget revision requests
  • Carry-forward requests
  • Change in scope
  • Change of PI
  • Effort changes
  • Effort pre-review
  • No-cost extension (NCE) requests
  • PAN (Provisional Account Number) requests. Require DA approval
  • Reconciliations (Bi-monthly)
  • Relinquishments
  • Request sub-awards
  • Residual balance transfers (if allowed by sponsor)
