Biography
Elvin is an MD/PhD student from Los Angeles, California, who graduated from Columbia University with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering. After graduating, Elvin spent two years at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center studying how the oral microbiome affects the response to radiation therapy in a murine oral cavity cancer model.
Elvin is interested in cancer biology, with a specific interest in the development of cancer vaccines and novel therapies to improve patient outcomes. Elvin's clinical interest include radiation oncology and pediatric oncology.
Elvin enjoys running, hiking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
