Biography
Varun is originally from Northern Virginia but has lived in Atlanta for 6+ years attending Georgia Tech for his undergraduate and masters programs. He is currently interested in Immunology and Oncology focused research, specifically in developing novel, broad-spectrum, personalizable therapeutics for various cancer and autoimmune diseases. He has a clinical interest in pediatrics, specifically pediatric infectious disease and oncology. Between school and research, he finds time for reading and writing. While he wouldn’t call himself an “outdoors” person, he loves both watching and playing many sports, including football and cricket.
