Biography
Brianna grew up in southern Utah, then completed her undergrad at the University of Utah studying Cellular Biology and Peace & Conflict Studies. She is pursuing her PhD in the Cancer Biology Program with Dr. Nicole Schmitt studying the impact of an "immunologically aged" T cell phenotype on oral cancer recurrence risk. Her clinical interests are in medical oncology, and she hopes to practice and continue pursuing translational research in the future. She loves cooking, spending time with her pup, hiking, and exploring the ATL food scene!
