2025 Checklist for Renewing RSS Activities
This checklist outlines the 2025 RSS application submission requirements.
Steps for Renewal
Renewal period: October 1st - November 1st
- Complete the RSS Coordinator verification form.

Complete the Course Approval Form (CAF) 2 months in advance and submit to tiffney.stringer@emory.edu for renewal approval.

Upload additional required documents listed below to your designated SharePoint folder:

- Activity Planner Peer Reviewer Financial Relationship Disclosure
- Speaker/Moderator Financial Relationship Disclosure Form
- Worksheet for the Identification and Mitigation of Financial Relationships of Activity Directors and Planners (if applicable)
- Performance Practice Individuals in Control of Content Grid
- RSS 2025 Agenda/Calendar
- RSS Update/Verification Form
- Letter of Agreement for Grant-Supported RSS
- Marketing Materials (eg. flyers)
Evaluation Process
- The RSS Course Approval Form (CAF) is evaluated by the OCME's RSS Program Coordinator and Director.
- Approval status will be emailed to the RSS Series Coordinator and Activity Director within 30 days of receiving the completed CAF.
- Incomplete CAFs will be returned without re-approval.
- OCME can withdraw CME credit if the CAF is not submitted within 60 days of the due date.
