We have transitioned to a web-based CME Event Application form in 2025! Please complete the "Pre-application for Accrediting Continuing Medical Education" at the link below. Our office will respond within 7 business days to schedule a meeting (if required) to review your activity and discuss the planning process and any associated fees. After your pre-application and/or meeting with our team are reviewed, you will receive the full CME Event Application link and required forms from your Emory CME Coordinator.
We are no longer accepting 2024 Course Approval PDF/Word Document Forms. Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) for 2025 must apply by April 1. Applications for RSS for 2026 will open in the fall.
