UME Mentorship Opportunities
Medical students have the opportunity to be mentored by faculty during their clinical rotations, as well as shadow faculty in clinic or in the OR outside of the formal rotation. They can also explore various clinical research and basic science research opportunities with faculty outside of these rotations.
Observership Policies:
Anyone interested in observing or shadowing clinical opportunities must follow proper HR onboarding practices due to compliance with patient privacy and employment regulations.
Observership applications are not handled through the Department of Urology and must be submitted to the Emory Healthcare Office of Observership Credentialing.
