Urology Research and Clinical Trials
At Emory Urology, research is a driving force behind advances in patient care, education, and discovery. Faculty investigators are engaged in a broad range of basic, translational, and clinical research programs focused on urologic cancers, benign urologic disease, kidney function, and reconstructive and functional disorders. Collaborative efforts with the Winship Cancer Institute, Emory Transplant Center, and Biomedical Engineering departments foster a multidisciplinary approach that accelerates innovation from the laboratory to the clinic. Through ongoing clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies, Emory Urology continues to shape the future of urologic medicine—expanding knowledge, improving outcomes, and training the next generation of academic urologists.
