Pediatric Palliative Care Fellowship

About Pediatric Palliative Care Fellowship

PACT offers a pediatric focused hospice and palliative medicine fellowship for physicians interested in the sub-specialty practice of hospice and palliative medicine.  Completion of this one-year training program allows pediatricians of osteopathic and allopathic training backgrounds to be eligible for board certification in hospice and palliative medicine.

Arthur M. Blank Hospital

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta has opened a new 19-story hospital with two patient towers and 446 beds for specialized, empathetic care and training the next generation of pediatric physicians.


"I am incredibly grateful for my training at Emory, specifically at CHOA. From day one, I found thoughtful mentorship that allowed me to grow into my skills and, more importantly, develop a practice that was true to me not only as a provider, but a person.

Moreover, CHOA’s large catchment area and advanced sub-specialty services meant I cared for and managed complex symptomatology and many rare disease processes. I learned quickly to triage acute services and communicate with families from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives.
