Purpose
To honor faculty with a primary appointment in the Department of Medicine (DOM) with outstanding and impactful contributions in any of our mission areas whose significant contributions may escape external recognition. Each division director is asked to put forward one recipient for recognition.
Examples might include contributions in patient care, community or professional service, administration, education, and research.
Deadline
The deadline for your nomination is June 26, 2026.
Eligibility
All regular, full- or part-time Instructors, Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, and Professors with a primary appointment in the DOM of Emory University are eligible unless they received this award during the previous 3 years.
Nominations
- A concise, one-page narrative describing the reason for your nomination is required. Please include the nominee’s full name and division.
- Font Size: 11 pt font minimum
- Spacing: Single-spaced
- Margins: 1-inch margins on all sides
- Character Count: Approximately 3,500 characters (including spaces)
