This two-part workshop provides professional development and networking opportunities for DOM mid-career faculty. The inaugural workshop focused on professional development and leadership on Day 1 and on scholarship, education, and mentoring on Day 2.
One participant shared after the event, "This whole workshop has given me the ability to recognize my feelings of burnout, and to step outside of those feelings to assess how I can make meaningful changes for improved personal health and professional satisfaction."
