Agenda
The ATLANTIS Team is currently working alongside the other Centers and the Trainee Steering Committee to finalize the 2025 KUHR-TN Conference Agenda.
For those planning travel, the conference will be roughly within the following times:
- Monday May 19, 2025 from 6:30-8:00 PM EST - Pre-conference Social. For those arriving on Monday evening before the conference, we invite you to participate in our Pre-conference Networking Event. ATLANTIS will be providing food, bowling, and the opportunity to connect with other KUHR-TN members before the conference officially starts in the morning. We recommend those flying into Atlanta choose a flight that lands by 5:00 PM if you plan to attend the pre-conference bowling at 6:30 PM.
- Tuesday May 20, 2025 from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST - Conference Day 1. There will be an optional dinner event will be planned for after the conference ends this evening (i.e., after 5:00 PM) for those who wish to attend.
- Wednesday May 21, 2025 from 8:00 AM-2:00 PM EST - Conference Day 2. We will end with a to-go lunch for those who must leave by 2:00 PM, but you may choose to join us for lunch and stay a little longer to continue networking should you wish to plan for a later departure. We recommend leaving Emory 2 hours before your scheduled flight.
Registration
Click here to register for the conference. Registration is open until Friday May 2, 2025. All trainees should check with their TL1 PI before registering.
Abstract Submissions
Click here to submit an abstract for the conference. All current trainees who are attending the conference are invited to submit an abstract for a poster presentation. Abstracts should be no more than 250 words max, and all submissions are due by Tuesday April 15, 2025.
Lodging
Hotel block at the Emory Conference Center and Hotel

All reservations using the hotel block must be made prior to April 25, 2025. Reservations made after April 25 are subject to the Emory Conference Center and Hotel's availability.
Stay on campus at Emory University!
Clifton Tower, located on campus at Emory University, is an affordable lodging option located very close to the conference (0.2 miles, 4 minute walk). Single occupancy suits are available with linen packages that includes bath towels, washcloths, pillow and pillow case, bedding sheets and blanket. Guests are only responsible for their own bathroom amenities. A 2-night reservation is less than $100 total. For reservations at Clifton Tower, please submit payment through the Eventbrite.
