If you are re-applying within one year of your original application, please follow the instructions below.
- Update and reactivate your application in CASAA for the current cycle
- Include a completed copy of the application checklist with any additional supporting documents.
- If you did not send supporting items below in the previous cycle, please submit all listed supporting documents below
- Pay $65.00 Administrative Fee
- All documents should be uploaded in CASAA
IF you interviewed in the previous application cycle:
- Update or reactivate your application in CASAA
- Update your narrative statement indicating that you wish to reactivate your application and Include information about your progress and how you strengthened your previous application.
- Upload three new references to CASAA (academic, clinical or professional). Select different individuals from those who completed a reference evaluation for you in the previous process.
- New or updated transcripts from all graduate and undergraduate institutions in which you have been enrolled should be sent to CASAA. Please request transcripts as soon as possible, delay in receipt of transcripts is one of the most common reasons that an application is incomplete.
- Send new competitive GRE or MCAT reports to CASAA
- Include a completed copy of the application checklist with any new or additional supporting documents.
- Pay $65.00 Administrative Fee
Supporting Documents: Emory supplemental supporting documents should be complete, signed, dated, and Uploaded to your CASAA application

- A recent passport sized picture at least 512 x 512 pixels in size-jpg. (smile) - Do not send a picture of your passport. Headshot only
- Once items are verified and processed your Emory file will be activated. Status Email updates will follow.
The applicant is solely responsible for the completion of the application process. The Program does not assume responsibility for deficiencies due to the US Postal Service or third parties items needed in order to complete an applicant's request. Failure to provide complete and accurate information or providing false information will result in immediate withdrawal from admissions consideration.
