In addition, we generate high-dimensional (30+ parameter) flow cytometry datasets. The candidate will integrate different OMIC modalities and help create new tools to analyze multi-omics datasets, including our recently-developed SuPERR (Xu C, Yang J et al., Comprehensive multi-omics single-cell data integration reveals greater heterogeneity in the human immune system. iScience, 2022), and APP (Simpson et al., Lifting the curse from high dimensional data: Automated projection pursuit clustering for the variety of biological data modalities. bioRvix, 2024) pipelines. More details about the scientific questions will be provided during the interview process. Please send your CV, names of three references, and a brief statement on why you are interested in our work to Dr. Ghosn.
Qualifications: Master’s or PhD in Bioinformatics with experience analyzing immune cells.
Experience in B cells or plasma cells is a plus but not required.
Working conditions: We value creative thinkers and problem solvers. You will join a vibrant team of researchers at various career stages, interests, and backgrounds, including undergrads and grad students (masters and PhD), postdocs, and career scientists.
