Thank you for your interest in supporting the Down Syndrome Center at Emory! Gifts from donors help make our important work possible.
The Yellow Crayon Fund supports the clinical services, research, and educational outreach of the Down Syndrome Center at Emory. The Yellow Crayon Fund was established in 2017 in memory of Joanna Elisabeth Stone. Joanna was cherished by her family and the wonderful people in the South Georgia community of Bainbridge. She loved to color, and because yellow was her favorite color, her family created the Yellow Crayon Fund to improve the lives of people with Down syndrome.
The easiest way to donate to the Yellow Crayon Fund is online at the Emory Giving website. Or, if you prefer, you may donate through another method (by mail, phone, etc). Please visit Ways to Give -- Emory Giving for information on how to give via your preferred method. If you choose to give via a method other than online, please remember to specify that your gift is for the Down Syndrome Center at Emory. The Down Syndrome Center at Emory, as part of the Department of Human Genetics, is a 501(c)(3) charity. Your gift is tax-deductible and you may take a charitable deduction as provided by law.
