Executive Associate Dean (EAD) for Medical Education and Student Affairs

The Executive Associate Dean for Medical Education and Student Affairs is responsible for oversight and coordination of educational programs within the School of Medicine.

Admissions

The work of Admissions does not end when a new class matriculates into the M1 year.

Enrollment Management and Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA)

The Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) provides programs to support the development and matriculation of diverse learners, including those enrolled in EUSOM degree and pipeline programs.

Financial Aid

The goal of financial aid staff is to help students find the necessary resources to cover their educational and living expenses and provide counseling to minimize and manage personal expenses while enrolled.

Medical Education

The Medical Education unit is responsible for executing the medical education program leading to the MD degree, including curriculum development, program evaluation, and student assessment.

Human Simulation Education Center (HSEC)

The Center is a state-of-the-art educational space designed for simulated participant (SP) encounters.

Emory Center for Experiential Learning (ExCEL)

The Emory Center for Experiential Learning (ExCEL) is located in the James P. Williams School of Medicine Building and includes both the Simulation Center and the Clinical Skills Center.

Student Affairs

Student Affairs processes student enrollment and class registration and provides resources to support and promote students during their development at Emory School of Medicine.

Registrar

The School of Medicine Registrar works closely with the University Registrar and maintains the permanent records and academic documents of all active and former School of Medicine students.

Center for Holistic Student Success

The Center for Holistic Student Success (CHSS) at Emory School of Medicine strives to (1) improve access to mental health resources, (2) improve access to academic support resources, and (3) promote trust and sense of belonging within the School of Medicine.
