I am a Physician scientist, Consultant Obstetrician /Gynaecologist, and Deputy Director of Maternal and Reproductive health research at the Nigerian Institute of Medical Research. I am also an adjunct Senior Lecturer in the Department of Physiology, Eko University of Medicine, and one of the mentors in the Emory-Nigeria Research Training Program.
As a researcher, my primary area of research has been in the field of maternal and reproductive health with the main focus being reproductive health challenges in women with HIV AIDS. Currently, I am undergoing doctoral training in Translational Science and Breast cancer epigenetics at the University of Texas at Austin and UT Health San Antonio.
