I chose the Emory Family medicine residency program for several reasons. During my interview, I felt everyone was humble and empathic and showed that they loved being there. I was impressed by the diversity of residents, their interest in wellness, the variety of Hispanic patients, and the opportunities for leadership experiences. Finally, Emory looks perfect for me because they balance medical training and quality of life well.
