2nd Atlanta Workshop for Single-cell Omics

Please join us for the 2nd annuAl Atlanta Workshop for Single-cell Omics (AWSOM) 2023 hosted by the Atlanta Single-cell Omics and Analytics Initiative (ASCOmAI). The 2-day event will be held in the Rollins Auditorium of the Health Sciences Research Building (HSRB), home of the Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering, on the Emory University Campus.
This two-day workshop will highlight short talks in the areas of bioinformatics/single-cell analytics and experimental applications of single-cell technologies (e.g., scRNAseq, snATACseq, spatial transcriptomics) for biological, clinical, and translational research.
