Dear colleagues,

Thank you to the more than 5,500 faculty, staff, postdocs, residents, and fellows who took part in this year’s employee engagement survey. Your willingness to share candid feedback makes a real difference in shaping our culture and community. I am also grateful to our leaders who worked so hard to encourage participation.

 

This year, we achieved a participation rate of 78%, reflecting the commitment across our School of Medicine to build a supportive and inclusive workplace.

We look forward to seeing your responses. Survey results will be shared in aggregate with departmental leadership, who will work locally to review and discuss findings and develop action plans. To protect confidentiality, results are not reported for groups smaller than three individuals. These conversations, guided by your feedback, are key to making meaningful improvements in how we work, learn, and support one another.
