- Launched the Career Optimization and Mentoring Program for Academic Success and Support (COMPASS) program to provide mid-career faculty with individualized mentoring, peer support, and professional development.
- Introduced the Faculty–Staff Partnerships in Action webinar series to showcase how collaboration between staff and faculty in the SOM fosters a deeper culture of belonging.
- Created a new professional development program, in partnership with the Goizueta Business School, for SOM and department administrators to offer meaningful growth opportunities for department leaders.
