Dear colleagues,

As Faculty Recognitions Week concludes, I want to reflect on the many ways service shapes who we are as a community. Leadership, mentorship, volunteerism, and daily acts of kindness all sustain the culture that makes the School of Medicine exceptional.

 

Today, we celebrate the recipients of the Hidden Gems, Distinguished Service, and Lifetime Service and Leadership awards, honoring faculty whose dedication often happens quietly but whose impact is unmistakable. Their work reminds us that influence is not always measured by title or spotlight, but by the lives touched along the way.
