I believe that engagement is more than a buzzword, and we measure it because it matters. When you feel supported and engaged, you are also better equipped to provide compassionate patient care, to educate our future clinicians and investigators, and to discover tomorrow’s treatments and cures.

 

As our school continues to grow and evolve, this annual survey is one of our only opportunities to take a comprehensive look at what we’re doing well and areas we need to improve. As always, we commit to sharing the aggregate survey results with you and using the results to improve our workplace.
